Welcome to Scottish Heather Designs. By purchasing or using any digital product, custom design, or website material, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Product Use

All digital downloads, designs, and artwork are for personal and small commercial use unless otherwise stated.

• You may use purchased designs to create finished products for sale, such as crafts, prints, or apparel.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim original files as your own.

• You may not use any design in ways that contradict Biblical values, promote harm, or infringe on copyright or trademark law.

For extended or mass commercial use, please contact support@scottishheatherdesigns.com for licensing details.

2. Custom Work

Custom digital designs are made specifically for each client and delivered digitally. Payment is due before delivery. Once the design is completed and approved, refunds cannot be issued.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you encounter a file issue, contact me and I’ll gladly assist with replacement or troubleshooting.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, and images on Scottish Heather Designs’ website, Etsy shop, and social platforms are protected by copyright law and owned by Heather Sprigg. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
